– No Franchise Fees: Partner with us without the burden of franchise fees, maximizing your earnings potential.
– Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
– Clean and stock restrooms as needed
– Follow and complete a job schedule within the allotted time frame
– Empty trash receptacles inside and outside
– Perform walk-throughs to identify maintenance issues
High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
– Obtain and maintain your cleaning equipment and supplies
– Maintain Workers’ Compensation and renew it annually
– Effective communication skills
– Extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly independent, and proactive
